The only thing I can think of is ';Color Oops';. I know Walgreen's has it. There's 2 different strengths, you probably want the stronger. I used it once and it worked. Read the boxes first to make sure it's right for you. Here's info on it. I noticed while hunting for this that amazon.com is advertising it, in case you want it and cant find it:

It will be very difficult to actually remove the color(if you want to do that you probably will have to get it stripped) but there's a shampoo called Pre-Art that is used in salons that will tone down the color and definately remove the blue tint...I don't recommend using the drug store brand as my sister used it and not only did it not work, it also made her hair feel like straw.
