Hair Disaster: semi Permanent black hair color.?

I have medium brown hair, and tried dying ti darker. it went jet black. looks horrible. its only supposed to last 28 washes. ive washed it around 30 times already and it hasnt even faded. I've used lemon juice and sat out in the sun, washed it with dish soap, tide, head %26amp; shoulders, perell shampoo. i dont know what else to do. i wash it like 4 times a day. and i REFUSE to bleach it, or do anything that takes out my natural color. ive also tried dying it lighter. it hasnt faded or changed color at all. my prom is in 5 days and i have a brown dress and black. hair. pleassseeee help me. i cant stand looking in the mirror anymore. i need real help.Hair Disaster: semi Permanent black hair color.?

It sounds like there isn't much you can do at this point, but what is wrong with black hair? I'm sure it looks better than dull, vomit-colored hair like mine.
my only suggestion is to accept the hair color. although the other offers above are good... you might not receive the result you are looking for. Stripping the color does not always work... it can leave your color many shades, and sometimes it is unworkable. find the good in the color and just try fixing it later. you dont' want your hair to look any worse than it already may be. get your hair in an updo.. .you won't even notice....

I am sure that your hair will fade sooner than later. just let it rest.

Have a good prom

hope this helps.
Go to a pro and they can strip the color out for you......
Stop. Quit doing things to your hair. You actually pushed the original hair color you did not want further into the hair with the other color you tried to lift it out with. You must go to a professional. Tell them all that you have done to your hair. Let them explain what they can do. Personally I would remove some of the unwanted color, highlight in a natural pattern to give a overall lighter effect and tone slightly. This is all tough to do given the porosity of your hair.
