What about black hair color? Input appreciated?

Thanks for all of your responses to my previous question, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070125140629AAqVZX3%26amp;r=w . But I have another. What about dyeing it black? My husband said he would like to see it dark again. I used to have it dyed black with some brown mixed in and it looked good. If I did it all black, what about my brows, should I have those done too and should I have them tweezed or wax? (I don't currently tweeze or wax them, and I already know about the dangers of dye near the eye area, please don't lecture me on that.) Thanks.What about black hair color? Input appreciated?
Black would look good, it just depends on the look you're going for. You should definitely dye your brows the same color (or at least darker), so that they won't blend in with your face and look too washed out.





Definitely have them tweezed/waxed/threaded, since they're not already shaped. I suggest you get it done professionally once, and you can follow the shape with tweezers on your own when they start growing back.

You could pull off an all over black! I am a natural dirty blonde and I now dye my hair black (and Im fair skinned), suprisingly it really works for me! Definatley have the eyebrows waxed and have them colored as well! I dye my eyebrows all the time but I would recommend having a professional do this (with a cream based color vs gel... gel gets drippy)! I say go for it black is hot! If you are worried about it try a semi-permanent its not only less damaging but it fades if you dont like the results! ( I do not recommend over the counter color lines do to their chemical composition... Some tend to be metallic which results in a bad chemical reaction whenever encountering an alkaline compound aka permanent color lines stylists use)! Usually an all over color at a salon is not too pricey! Good Luck!
Try it! changing your look every now and then does spice up you love life. My hair is naturally dark and I lighten my hair and my brows. So why not go against the grain a little and flip your look for him?
