I went to a beauty salon to change my hair color a little darker and it turned Jet Black...how can I lower the intensity of this color? How can I get rid of Jet Black hair Color?
hi i'm a hairdresser
u need to have colour correction - this means bleaching the hair to strip the colour out.
can only b done in a salon as home kits do not contain a strong enough level of peroxide the lift the colour out of ur hair.
hope this helps. any more q's jus email meHow can I get rid of Jet Black hair Color?
need a pic
When i recently dyed my hair darker, it also turned out jet black. All i did was dye over it my self with a light brownish color. It faded the jet black, to more of the color i was looking for. But don't just take my advice. It might just be better if you went into the hair salon and asked them their opinion, since your hair is obviously different than mine, and I've being dying my own hair for a while now, so it might be more difficult for you
You've got to go to the hairdresser. Sorry. It took my hairdresser three attempts at stripping the black undercolour from my hair over a period of time, and it was still quite dark. I ended up dying my hair all brown as a result of it. Everyones hair is different, but I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself.
whadja do that for?!
OMG! I know what your going through. I hope you didn't pay the stylist for messing up your hair!
What I did was wash it several times a day with Johnson and JOhnson shampoo- And every time I rinsed it the color wasn't so intense.
Good luck!
keep washing it with a clarifing shampoo. it will strip it a little.. or go to the salon and they will wash it with a (i forget whats it called) but its pretty much , a little bleach mixed with shampoo. i think a shampoo (something)
