How can I get black hair color out of my hair?

I colored my hair black a few months ago and I want to get the black out and stay with my natural dark brown. But Im not sure what store or at home products can help with that. A friend said dish soap helps and it has a little but I want something that will actually be effective and at a faster rate.

Anything will helpHow can I get black hair color out of my hair?
I have dark brown hair too and did so mant things to get the black dye out. This was only a couple months ago. I didn't try dish soap, but I bought head and shoulders and it got some of the black out. Not enough to make me happy though.. It was still black after the head and shoulders just not as vibrant.

Eventually I just bleached my whole head. I left the blach in for about two hours and that just lightened my hair enough to not be black anymore. It turned out white at the top and redddd for all the rest. Then I got the Natural Instincts dye (because i had already damaged my hair enough with the bleach I didn't wanna use an ammonia dye) and picked a colour close to my natural dark brown.

You can also ask a hair dresser to use colour strippers on your hair, but that's more damaging than bleach I heard. How can I get black hair color out of my hair?
Well that depends if its permanent or not, if its permanent there is no way you can get it any lighter without bleaching it and then dying it the color you want. Other then that you just have to wait for it to grow out. Im having the same problem i died my hair jet black almost a year ago and i hate it, every time i try dying my hair a lighter color it only shows up where my natural hair color has already grown in and black every where else. Its soo annoying, never doing that again. Good luck :)
I died my hair black once too, and my hair dresser suggested using baby shampoo. Apparantly it strips the color instead of locking it in. She also said that the heat from using a flat iron locks color in. You may want to try the baby shampoo with a good conditioner and style your hair with

minimal heat. The dye I used was supposed to be the temporary kind but it has lasted for months. My hair was more of a light brown, but since yours is already dark it should fade more easily.
Shave it and let it grow naturally,

Bleach it and retry dying it,

or there are products you can get from beauty supplies stores that strip colour out of hair... If you ask the ladies that work there, I'm sure they will know the name of the products or other solutions.

Hope my suggestions helped.

(I had to use colour-stripping products twice in order to get to my natural colour.)
no problem you should apply pure hina.......

Bleach it or shave it off
try gasoline, or shave it off, or wait until it wears off
